The Opportunity PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for an enthusiastic and multitask Audit Manager to lead several audit team at the growing office in Kazan to pursue rapid career and professional growth and obtain a wide range of experience in department delivering services to companies in Energy, Utilities & Mining sector (EU&M). Regional office expansion is a key strategic component of growth of PwC Assurance practice, designed to be closer to our growing client base in the country Key responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with client, ensure client satisfaction through high quality service deliverables; identify new strategic clients Supervising and reviewing audit engagements, and the audit of financial statements under RAS/ IFRS Performing planning and control procedures Reviewing the clients’ accounting system and internal control system Assessment of potential financial and others risks connected with projects Contributing to developing and coaching the key local talent Professional experience and education A higher education in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting Completed ACCA/CPA or other internationally accepted accountant qualification is required An auditor qualification certificate would be an advantage 5+ years of audit experience with an international company Sound knowledge and experience in RAS/ IFRS Experience in consolidated financial statements preparation under IFRS Coaching and leadership experience Good command of English and Russian languages Personal qualities Strong communication and presentation skills Multitasking skills Strong organisational skills, ability to manage challenging tasks Leadership qualities Pro-active approach to personal and professional development Client focus and attention to the quality of work |
