Professional Duties: - To operationally manage the global/regional team to deliver pro-active, high quality functional and systems support to business sites, for the designated applications. COE Finance Support Team Lead will manage the current COE Finance Team. He/she will also work closely with COE Finance team globally and other teams within COE. This positin will functionally report to COE Finance Capability Manager based in US with Line Mgt reporting line to COE Regional Manager. - Has direct supervision of internal and external resource up to 10 people within the region (associates and contractors), and has indirect supervision of team members in other regions. - Responsible for operational service to business units within the region, including management of regional user groups. Candidate Requirements: - 2-3 years experience as Team Manager - Good understaning of Support Processes and Business Processes - Positive Experience of people development - Excellant planning, organising and prioritization skills - Excellant customer focus level both written and oral - Excellant communication skills - Stressresistance and conflict management - Working experience in multicultural and multitask environment, understanding of Global WoW specific - Working English - SAP Technical Background is a plus Conditions: - Competitive salary, bonuses, lunch compensation, mobile compensation, - The position is based in Moscow region |
