What you can gain: Team of professionals and experts; manager quality of the highest international standards Perspectives for professional and personal growth, career development; frequent opportunities to work on innovative, leading-edge projects Working in a well-known company, which is a great employer with established corporate culture Opportunity to use working English extensively Extended compensation & benefit package Location in the city center (Paveletskaya) Responsibilities: · Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and/or task and workflow analysis · Liaise with a variety of internal and external end-users from Bank’s departments · Facilitate information gathering sessions with subject matter experts · Create logical, comprehensive and innovative solutions to business problems · Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability and feasibility · Document and analyze required information and data · Facilitates sessions with end-users to validate the functional design of solutions Requirements: · Experience as Business/system analyst (2 years) · Experience in Banking industry (3 years) related to some of areas · Loan & Credit Card origination: -Automated Credit decision making -Credit Bureau data exchange -Fraud prevention -Collection · Skills & experience related to international brands like Experian, Dec Tech Solutions and others is a plus · Fluent English (oral and written) · Basic understanding of principles for scorecards, behavioral scoring, customer management, collection management; deep knowledge and experience would be a plus · Background in related IT technologies like Oracle, Java, PL/SQL, SQL, SSL would be a plus · Preferences to candidates familiar with -Lean and Six Sigma -Organizational Change Management - Business analysis Body of knowledge · PMO experience as a plus · Proven interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills · Familiarity with software development, delivery life cycle and release management |
